1. Sample Run Requirement
Clients must perform a sample sew-out or test print before entering full production. 1 Dollar Digitizing is not responsible for damage to garments, materials, or equipment resulting from the use of our digital files without prior testing. Files are optimized for standard machine settings; fabric type, stabilizer choice, needle condition, and operator technique all affect final results.
2. Design Accuracy
Our digitizing and vector art files are created based on the artwork and instructions provided by the client. While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, special machine settings, non-standard hoop sizes, or unique fabric characteristics may require minor adjustments by the client's production team.
3. Third-Party Services
Payment processing and certain administrative functions are handled by secure third-party service providers. 1 Dollar Digitizing is not liable for interruptions, data breaches, or service failures caused by these external providers, though we select partners with strong security and reliability track records.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of 1 Dollar Digitizing for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the digitizing service ordered. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, production downtime, or replacement garment costs.
