1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

1 Dollar Digitizing provides manual embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion services. All work is performed by trained professionals. We do not use auto-digitizing software as a substitute for human expertise. Deliverables are digital files intended for use with embroidery machines, screen-printing equipment, and related production tools.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon full payment and delivery, 100% copyright ownership of the final digitized file or vector art is transferred to the client.
  • Clients receive full white-label rights and may use the files for any personal or commercial purpose without attribution.
  • We strongly recommend that clients perform a sample sew-out or test print before entering full production. We are not liable for garment damage or production losses resulting from skipping this step.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our standard base rates are publicly listed on our website. For business clients, we offer tiered B2B pricing:

  • Basic Tier: Standard per-order pricing with no minimum commitment.
  • Business Tier: Discounted rates for clients with consistent monthly volume.
  • Corporate Tier: Custom pricing, dedicated account management, and priority turnaround for high-volume decorators.

Invoices are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund & Revision Policy

  • We offer unlimited free minor revisions to ensure the final file meets your requirements.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the stated requirements due to file quality or technical limitations, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after the files have been delivered and accepted.

6. Turnaround Times

We offer three delivery speeds:

  • Standard: 24 hours from quote approval.
  • Priority: 12 hours (50% surcharge).
  • Super Rush: 8 hours (100% surcharge).

Turnaround times are calculated during our standard operating hours and exclude delays caused by incomplete order information.
